Modified a childhood favourite to accommodate more dietary choices.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Vegan, gluten free chocolate chip cookies
Equipment
- 1 Large bowl
- 1 Spatula
- 1 Electric mixer optional, but much easier than doing by hand
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Oat flour
- 3/4 cup Chickpea flour
- 3/4 cup Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 cup Vegan margarine
- 1 cup White sugar
- .5 cup Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 2 tsp Ground chia seeds
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cup Vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the water and chia seeds together and set aside
- Mix dry ingredients, except chocolate chips
- Mix in wet ingredients
- Add chocolate chips and mix in with spatula
- Place by spoonful on greased cookie pan
- Bake at 375℉ for 10 minutes
- Let cool and eat 🙂
